Orange : Too many connections, slow down

Hi.
I have tried many settings currently I am at 20 sends every 3 minutes and I always have a refusal from Orange with this message:

Already there I am too slow, the system saturates with lists of 15,000 subscribers. Priority 1200 lists are locked behind.
What would be the "good" setting for Orange.
I have no problems with others (Gmail, outlook, sfr, etc...)
Acymailing enterprise 5.10.24 / France distribution (sports league site)
