Send last newsletter when subscribing

Hi,
I have a client we need to upgrade from Acymailing 5 to 7. They have a setup, that when you subscribe to a list, the last newsletter that was sent to that list, will be automatically sent to the new subscriber.
How can I solve this in Acymailing7?
I don't see this option in welcome emails. Also with follow up emails, I cannot sent the last newsletter.
Any ideas?
