My target is to send an email to subscribers prior to a scheduled event. A meeting occurs on the first Friday of the month and at the moment I have to edit the template to show the correct event date and then do a manual send.
At the moment I have to manually edit the theme each month.
It can get trickier with two other events being second Saturday and third Saturday of each month when we want to send out a two week reminder. The third Saturday is easy as we send the 2 week reminder out on the first Saturday of the month. How would we do that with the event on the second Saturday of the month, I am guessing we send out on last Saturday of the month?
I know I can schedule the automated reminder email for the last Friday of the month to publicise the event on the first Friday of the following month.
How can I modify the template to display...
"Next meeting is on Friday 4th February 2022"
This would take some pressure off from manual edits most weeks and a manual send.
