Finding susbscribers not on a list

I uploaded 3K Subscribers without adding them to a list (my mistake) as part of 16K multi list upload.

How do I find those subscribers I did not attach to any list and how I would in bulk add to an existing list..
Not a total newbie just cant find it in Documentation or as a forum question and I cant think I am the only one. I must be missing a keyword to unlock the magic commands 🙂

Just import the same subscribers again and this time add them to the list

Their existing subscriber profiles will be updated with new subscription information
