Migrating Queue to ACYmailing 7

I am in the process of updating my website to Joomla 4 and ACYmailing 7 from my old site which is Joomla 3 and Acymailing 5. Currently in the old version of my site there are 7000 emails in the queue that are part of a campaign I created. Is there any way to migrate these pending emails that are waiting in my queue over to the new Joomla 4 version of my site ?
In order to do this, I would also need to migrate over the composed emails in the campaign that make up the emails in the queue. How do I get the old campaign emails to show up in the new version of ACYmailing 7?
This is an important way that I reach out regularly to the people who have subscribed in the last several months and I would hate to lose the emails that are currently scheduled to go out to the newer subscribers on my list.

I am sorry, but there is no way to migrate campaigns and queue from one version to another

Campaigns from version 5 and Follow-up emails from version 7 are completely different internally and there is no way to migrate them because of that

Current sending queue also can't be migrated because of huge internal difference between version 5 and version 7

OK, then another question: If I create a series of automations in the new version that are set to be triggered at a set amount of time after someone subscribes, will it apply the automation to all existing subscribers, even those who subscribed before I created the automation? And will it wait to apply it to existing subscribers until the desired amount of time has passed since they subscribed?
If so, it seems that I could in a sense re-create the old campaign and also re-create all of the emails waiting in my old queue. This seems complicated, but it could work.

I read some more and it does seem like I need to use the follow up feature. But, to clarify my main question: if I create a follow up that is set to go out 4 weeks after someone subscribes, and there is a subscriber on my list already that subscribed three weeks ago, will they get the new follow up in one week from when I create the follow up? And will an existing subscriber who signed up 5 weeks ago not receive the new follow up email?

Also, when I migrated to the new site, a new list entitled Follow Ups was created and about half of my subscribers are subscribed to this new list. On my old site that I migrated from, there was no such list. Why did ACYMailing create this new list?

No, your old subscribers won't receive new emails, because follow-up emails are added in the queue at the time of subscribing to it
