Hi! I can't understand if it is possible to do automation.... The user subscribes through convert forms I do automation like this: when the user subscribes, the condition field =1, a letter is sent 1. Then when I do a new automation, it is performed when the user subscribes, only the condition field = 2, sending a letter 2, but 2 letters are sent to the user:1 and 2. Can this be avoided? To send only letter 2?

Thanks for the answer! The problem is that if you subscribe to the list through automation, the email is not sent... I need such automation... If a user has field 1 when subscribing, then an email 1 and a subscription to list 1 are sent to him. If a user has field 2 when subscribing, then an email 2 and a subscription to list 2 are sent to him. On the website, the subscription form Convert Forms Users in AcyMailing get into the list Newsletters with different fields. Then, through automation, based on the fields, they are assigned their own list. And the problem with sending emails begins....
