10 groups which are only have access to their newsletters

Hello from Germany. I would like to use acymailing on a website, which is a kind of district club, which has 10 associations under it.
Is it possible to set the access control in a way, that association 1 can just send their newsletter to E-Mail-List 1.
Association just to List 2 etc.?

Yes, you can do it using frontend features, but you have to be warned that every newsletter will be sent from the same email account. You can't send sender based on the association

You also need Enterprise version of AcyMailing to be able to set frontend sending
