On a site joomla 4.1 I installed acymailing 7.7.5
I see in the console acymailing
An error occurred during the installation of the template acy_notification_create

Field 'template' doesn't have a default value

Error while registering

I can't install the default templates manually
I tried to delete the installation several times and install it via the zip file or the web installation of joomla

What else to do?

Ah I didn't get the notification.
I couldn't find to submit a ticket but I don't have a valid subscription anymore.
Can we download an old version of acymailing to see if it's coming from there?

It can come from the database or the files?
On the test site, the same acymailing works well. The installation on the production site failed.
Can I transfer the templates directory or all the acymailing directories?

Compare the structure of DB tables on test and prod sites and see where is the difference

Template information are stored in the DB and you can't transfer template folders to make this work

it works after uninstalling last version of acymailing, deleting these tables, reinstalling acymailing
