de e-mails die ik verstuur vanuit AcyMailing starter 5.8.1 komen niet aan bij de geadresseerde terwijl er word aangegeven dat deze met succes is verstuurd.

Second, you didn't mention which sending method are you using

And finally, did you configure DKIM, SPF and DMARC records in your DNS, which would make sure that you can present yourself to the receiving email server as valid source of emails and not someone who is spamming around?

As @mihha already asked you, please inform us how you have configured your send service. Are you using phpmailer or smtp? And if it's smtp, which mailserver do you use?

It would also be helpful to add the domain you're sending from, so we can chek your dns records.
