User that unsubcribed still received a mail

Hi there,

I have this weird thing going on with my unsubscribed users. So I have sent a mail in February. Here, a user unsubcribed from this mail. I can see an unsubscribed date in the database, and in AcyMailing, this user is also unsubcribed from the specific lists (see attachment).

Now I have send a new mail in March, and this unsubscribed user has received the mail too. This mail also appears in his email sent list (see attachment), which would be weird because he is unsubscribed from all lists so shouldn't receive any mails?
