Subcribing via AcyMailing (v5.10.9) module takes forever (using ajax).

I noticed that subcription via module takes a very long time. The module is set to use ajax (no redirection link after submitting the subcribe form). The error is "Ajax Request Failure". In Google Chrome console the error is:
"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 524 ()"
Can you please help me identify what's wrong that causes this?

I tested Acymailing on a test site, on the same hosting account, and the acymailing module using ajax subscription works. It must be something with other scripts/plugins the website has installed.
Do you have any idea how can I find the plugin/script that causes the problem?

Kindly use the Joomla Debug Mode.
Login to joomla backend
and click the server tab
and put Error Reporting to Maximum
That will allow you to see the plugins that is giving error

Don't forget to return error reporting back to none when done

Hello,
I found the cause of this issue.
BotScout integration was checked in the configuration, and it was their API which caused that long delay (it seems their website wasn't updated for 5 years, and, due to the PHP changes during all this time, it is possible it does not work properly).
I deactivated that option and the module works fine.
