I am trying to implement a "product review" automatic mailing using AcyMailing Enterprise 7.7.5 + Hikashop 4.4.1 in Joomla 3.9.24. The objective is as usual, the customer will receive an e-mail a few days after the order inviting him to write a review/opinion of the product in our webpage.
I have been trying to do it using a "follow-up" process or an "Automation", but I have the next problems:
Is it possible to create a single process for the whole products, or I do have to create a single process for any single product?.
In the template, I am using the dynamic text {product_name} and {link}, but when I receive the e-mail it never shows the real product name and the link, just "{product_name}" and "{link}". What I am doing wrong?.
Could you please advise me about the best way to do it?. Thank you.
