403 error after front end image upload - AcyMailing 7

Hi,
We're experiencing a 403 error after uploading new images whilst creating newsletters via the front end.
If we then click the browser back button when the error is displayed in the pop up the image has actually uploaded and can be used.
Any ideas what the cause of the error is or how to fix this?

Hi,

This is because you did not grant the user/user group access to the media manager in your Joomla global settings.
