Auto-subscribe to email list by EasySocial profile type

I have a site under development at https://mygotgame.com that uses both AcyMailing and EasySocial.

We have several EasySocial profile types set up, each with their own corresponding AcyMailing list. Is there a plugin or other method available to automatically subscribe new users to pre-defined AcyMailing lists based on their EasySocial profile type?
