You have been a customer for several years. Throughout your conversations with support (via forum or email), you have been condescending, insulting, aggressive, and threatening every time we did not agree with you, did not respond quickly enough in your opinion, or decided that we did not want to make the changes you wanted. This was despite the fact that we politely asked you several times to remain professional and courteous.
This is in no way appropriate or professional behavior.
Regarding your latest request, the problem comes from another extension installed on your website which deletes information from the database that we entered during AcyMailing installation or update. We cannot make the change you are requesting, as it will not work with our license system and could make paid versions accessible to everyone! This has been explained to you, but you seem to feel that this is not a valid response and that your individual case is more important than all AcyMailing users. Anyway, we will try to find a way to add back regularly the information, even if your other extension keeps deleting it. Maybe a better solution would be to check if you can configure some exceptions in this extension so it won't erase AcyMailing related data.
We have always remained professional and courteous in our exchanges despite your behavior. You would have been banned from many forums for much less than this. As you continue, you have indeed been temporarily banned. I have restored your access to the forum because we do not want to hide this. I will post this message on the forum as well.
If you are not satisfied with the product or service, I would recommend using an other product that better suits your needs.
