webp image format

Does AcyMailing 7 recognize webp image format ? All my website images use that format and when I use any of them in the email editor, they show just fine. But they are absent in the test mail I receive.

I use AcyMailing 7 on Joomla 3.10 and as of this day WEBP images are not included in weekly newsletter, while there are no problems with JPGs and PNGs.

right now we are near a 100% webP support, only animations on Gmail are not supported.

Would be time to support it...

Is webp format still not possible with Acyba? When I send a mail with Acymailing5 (I know, the question was asked in the Acy9 thread), where a webp image is embedded, it is not displayed in Outlook when I receive the mail.

Webp support has been added to v9, not to v5.

Please note that we have stopped support v5 by the end of January, so it will not be added. We strongly suggest you familiarize yourself with v9 and migrate to this version.

the first 2 pictures are webp-format. the 3rd pictures is no webp format.

ok, thats not correct.
it also worked sometimes not with jpg oder other files.

for example, if i have joomla intro-images with this paths:

than i dont't see an image in outlook with Acy9

that makes no sense

EDIT; I see also no difference in the source code of the Outlook Mail.
