Create Joomla user on subscfription

In acymailing 5 there was a plugin which allows to create a joomla user upon subscription - is that functionality available in v7+?

Also there was a plugin which would automatically log a user in when they clicked a link in an email - is that functionality available in V 7?

If so where do i find the instructions it does not seem to be covered in the documentation

We do have an add-on to create a user during a subscription to the newsletter
