Blacklisted by SORBS under SPAM SCORE details

Hi, i did the SPAM test, and the result shown that i am blacklisted in the SORBS (http://www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml). Is this system run by Proofpoint, Inc. creditable or just a gimmick to get us to sign up for their services?
Cause among all the other 24 most common IPv4 blacklists, only this SORBS is blacklisted... fishy? Can anyone from AcyMailing team advise about this? Will there be any consequences if ignore that black list?

Listed in SORBS (last 48 hours) ( -0.5 ). It was green when done multiple SPAM tests 15 minutes ago. Now suddenly it became red after visiting SORBS site multiple times via the link in the SPAM score.

The only solution that exists is to contact companies which blacklisted you and ask them to be removed
