I put one in a few days ago and never heard anything (acknowledgement via email, etc.). How can I check on this? I want to make sure it was really entered.

If this is about your other post regarding importing users, I don't think we have received it. Please open a new ticket (https://www.acymailing.com/support/) and inform us here in the forum once done, so we can check if it was actually received.
Just resubmitted support ticket.
And received an email acknowledgement, which I didn't the previous time.
