ZOHO API update required

AcyMailing 5 currently uses ZOHO API v.1. to import directly from ZOHO. Per ZOHO at https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/v1-overview.html:

The Version 1.0 Zoho CRM APIs were deprecated on Dec 31, 2018 and will reach their end-of-life(EOL) on Dec 31, 2019. We strongly recommend you migrate to the new and improved API 2.0.

When will Acy 5 be updated to continue to work with ZOHO importing, which Acy 6 does not appear to doe at all? Importing from ZOHO is CRITICAL for me. My database is too large to export to CSV, whiuch would be a nightmare anyway.

I don't think we will be able to make it before December as our TODO list is full until 2020.
If you want us to do it as custom work then please contact us through our contact form. We will try to find a solution.

Wow! This is not good at all. I had originally notified you over a year ago that this was coming, and was assured it would be handled. I renewed enterprise licensing based upon that promise. I referred you to Truckhunters.com so they could integrate ZOHO with their newsletter mailing. This is a feature that I already bought when I bought into ACY Mail, and now you will not maintain it without me paying extra as if it a new feature request.

Since you explain you can do it for extra money, it is clear this is not really a time budgeting issue. It's just not worth it to you to keep the product up-to-date and functional for what has already been bought?

This is very poor business practice. Please revisit this.

Well, I just renewed my Enterprise subscription again today. I noticed you state, "We will of course continue maintaining the v5 and release new versions while adding new features to the v6 _each month. Thank you for all your feedbacks so far!" on my account product page.

You might want to change the language since you will not be maintaining ACY 5's ZOHO import feature to continue to work with the new ZOHO API 2.0 that is forced starting January 1. If you don't update the page, we all find ourselves assuming you mean to continue to actually maintain all of ACY 5's current features.
