graphic in save button

Is there any way to have a graphic in the save button?

Can you be more specific about what you want to achieve? Is it in Acymailing backend?

I mean the send button on the front of the page. I wanted graphics instead of text

There's no such feature in Acymailing. The only way would be to add some custom css to your website's template.
