Joomla Update Error - v. 6.1.4

I'm on Joomla 3.9.6. I cannot update to the newer version - 6.1.4 - from 6.1.3 - either through auto update, or installing from the file, or via the url. I get this each time - " Warning - Copy File failed" and also "Error - Error installing component"

Copy file failed from /var/www/vhosts/28/853307/webspace/httpdocs/positivelivingnetwork.com/tmp/install_5cf6332709f0e/front/inc/phpmailer/phpmailer.php to /var/www/vhosts/28/853307/webspace/httpdocs/positivelivingnetwork.com/components/com_acym/inc/phpmailer/phpmailer.php

What next?

Fixed it using AdminTools fix permissions.
