Nobody receive the emailings

Hello. We just noticed that our emailings seem to be sent completely, but almost nobody receive them. (Open or clic).
When I send tests, some recipient emails always receive them, and others never receive them.

yes. SPF and DKIM work. I tested them here : https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check

Did you also run a spam test with a test mail? If you have the Enterprise version you can run it from Acymailing. Otherwise you need to follow the instructions on mail-tester.com.

The tests on https://www.mail-tester.com/ give 7.9/10. It says that there is no DKIM.
Then, when I run https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check, it says there are SPF and DKIM.
It also says the domain is listed twice on SORBS (last 28 days and last 48h).

Hi,

Being listed on SORBS is definitely an issue for your email deliverability. Especially if you also have a dkim issue. It can cause receiving servers to completely igonre your mail or at best case to put your mail in the spam folder of your receiver's mailbox.

Regarding the dkim issue it looks like you have enabled dkim in your Acymailing config without adding an (extra) dkim dns record for it. If the server that is sending your mail (smtp, php mail or whatever) is adding a dkim key to your mail (most often this is the case nowadays) you do not enable dkim in Acymailing. Once you have your dkim issue fixed I suggest you also setup a dmarc record in your dns. You can read more about dmarc here: https://mxtoolbox.com/dmarc/email-delivery/dmarc-improves-email-delivery

Now, after I asked them, the IP of my domain is no more listed on SORBS. But the test emails form Acymailing don't arrive more on certain emails ( xxx@orange.fr, and probably others.). Other problem : the email test on https://www.mail-tester.com/ says there is no DKIM, and on https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check, it finds the DKIM.
