Being listed on SORBS is definitely an issue for your email deliverability. Especially if you also have a dkim issue. It can cause receiving servers to completely igonre your mail or at best case to put your mail in the spam folder of your receiver's mailbox.
Regarding the dkim issue it looks like you have enabled dkim in your Acymailing config without adding an (extra) dkim dns record for it. If the server that is sending your mail (smtp, php mail or whatever) is adding a dkim key to your mail (most often this is the case nowadays) you do not enable dkim in Acymailing.
