ERROR LINK TO PDF

Hello everyone, to see if someone can help me.
I am preparing a newsletter, and I am putting in 2 separate blocks, a button with a link.
The second button that points to a pdf, and immediately after placing the address a bell appears that gives an error, and when I save it, it hangs when the work is saved, and to recover it I have to refresh the page, and of course I lose all the changes.
I tried with a text and the same thing happens.
Does anyone know why it makes an error to place a link to a pdf. Thank you.Miguel

Hi Miha, thanks for your reply.
I tell you that the application that I am using is the free one, since at first I installed it to see how it worked.
You have used your Jommla application before and I never had such an error either.
On the other hand, the site "https://www.acyba.com", doesn't load correctly (I tried it in Chrome, and Mozzilla), and I can't go to support.
I upload a recording (1) of the error so you can see it, and a print of the loading of the acyba.com site.
Clarification putting an image (2) with a link also gives an error.
I hope you can help me.
