Switch Paddle Styling

Hi, I find the On/Off styling to be uncertain, and I am never sure which position is on and which is off.

Is the dark blue version, with white button to the right, ON?
OR
Is the light blue version, with dark blue button to the left, ON?

Please advise.

As a generul rule of thumb when the switch is on the right side it's switched on.
