Acymailing module looks HORRIBLE!

I've been a customer of Acymailing and Hikashop for years and I have always had the same issue: the design is HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING and it makes us waste an awful amount of time with customization.

I know it is on purpose, but Isn't there a way to simply REMOVE completely the styling given to the modules and just let the whole thing be styled by Yootheme Pro?
