Hi there, I'm running Acymailing Enterprise 6.2.2 within Joomla 3.9.10. We're currently preparing to personalise the next Newsletter as it it sent out. However once the name tag has been added to the newsletter template and a test email is sent out, the email received shows all content up to the username tag and then drops everything after that...is there a specific syntax needed to ensure this doesn't happen? I've attached pictures of the newsletter in the editor and then the newsletter as received in the email...
