I can drag and drop what seems to be the CS icon onto an email and it lets me select a valid survey, but when I send a test mail the survey does not appear. I do not see an AcyMailing plugin that references either Community Surveys or Community Builder by searching for AcyMailing in the Joomla Plugin selection.
