Option using friendlycaptcha

Hello all,

in Europe we have problems with GDPR using some Google products. With Captcha which is implemented in AcyMailing data from visitor is transfered to third parties and other countries.

There is a european solution called "friendly Captcha". Is it possible to implement it as alternative solution to register-formular for newsletters?

The devs do not activly monitor this forum. You can post this idea on our feature request page (https://www.acymailing.com/feature-requests/).Users can upvote ideas, so the devs will see the most wanted ones.

Only allowing the use of Google captchas is a strong limitation to the use of AcyMailing, since reCaptcha poses problems with GDPR in Europe. It should be allowed to use the chosen captcha on the site. If one chooses hCaptcha it should also be usable to protect the Acy form, even more so because spam protection is only allowed with paid versions.

This is possible, and you just had to test it on your site, if you are using hCaptcha
