We have a client that wants to downgrade their installation to the Starter edition of Acy V5 without losing their data. I see an old post that says to uninstall Enterprise and then install Starter, but wanted to be sure that this is still the proper method.
Also does this just apply to the Component, or all the plugins as well. I.e. do we uninstall just the component, or all the ACY extensions, before installing Starter?
