Yes, you can use tags in the title field. You could try something like this:
{autoarticle:99-| display:title| order:id,desc| datefilter:onlynew| min:0}
Please, replace 99 with your category id and make sure that the settings match the settings in your Article block.
Unfortunetely the forward option has not been added to v7 yet.
Regarding the unsubscribe link, can you check if the parameter "Allow subscriber data modifications without authentication" is not set to No. You need to select one of the two other options.
