Follow up not sent

Hi,
I am migrating a site to joomla 4, installed acymailing enterprise 7 - but the license still is valid on the main site during the setup of the new site. I want to test the follow up mails and get the information, that the mail was launched, but not sent. Is this due to the license or can there be another problem?

Hi,

That's correct. You can unlink your license on your old domain, link it on your new site and do the testing. After that you can do the opposite to continuue your work on the live site.
