Frond end mail management stopped working

My front-end management appears broken. The List Managements Page menu item works fine, but the Emails Management Page and the Subscribers Management Page menu items now just return me to home page with an 'Unauthorized access' system message, despite them all having same access settings, and with superadmin frontend login.
Any ideas? Does this pattern suggest any misconfig?

Please download the AcyMailing installation package once again from your account pages on Acyba website and install it using Joomla installation manager

That should fix the issue with the "Unauthorized access"

Joomla 3.10.11 with AcyMailing Enterprise 7.9.4 (active subscription)

Yes, I understand, but can you please do as I suggested? Even if you already have version 7.9.4

Reinstallation was successful but still no front-end management, only difference is that the "Unauthorzed access" message does not appear, and the home page returned is now the /index.php version
