HikaShop elements are visible in the AcyMailing editor

Hello,
I have installed: HikaShop Business 4.6.1, Hika Subscription 4.01, AcyMailing Enterprise 7.9.4.
I need to put Hika's subscription files in the mails.
I configured the subscription in Hika, the plugins are active; the list, the follow-up mail, segments etc .. in AcyMailing.
No Hika elements is not visible in the AcyMailing editor (as described in your documentation).
Can you help me?

All of Hika's are pre-installed and activated:

AcyMailing Tag : HikaSerial content
AcyMailing : HikaShop integration
AcyMailing Editor
AcymailingSubscriber - HikaSerial Subscriber plugin
HikaShop trigger for AcyMailing filters

There is nothing on your site to download.
