Universal tag plugin ACY 7

with google translator
I use the free Acy7 version with joomla.
I would like to use tags to allow me to send a different personalized attachment by email.
I used it with the old free Acy versions and it worked well.
question: can I do the same thing with ACY7 version?
If not, the Acy essential version can do it?
