Hi,
spam check service is using a kind of bot to check links that it finds in the email. If you have too restrictive robots.txt in your website root, spam check service won't be able to check the links, and it will report that links are not reachable
If you checked the links manually, and you can see that all of them are working, then you can omit this report as a false positive
