Can't submit subscribe form

don't know if this caused the issue, but I recently installed RS Firewall. I cannot submit a subscription form now and i have captcha turned off, the rs firwwall disabled. Here is the site - https://mgcoa.org/contact/subscribe-to-our-e-newsletter

Also here is the error message:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON at JSON.parse (<anonymous>)

Any ideas. I have enterprise license. Thanks

ok I submitted a support ticket about 45 min ago. What i just found out was on one of my older sites using ACY version 7.7 i was able to submit the subscription form. I then upgraded it to 7.9 version and that is when it's not allowing it. I would add this to my support ticket but don't see a way to add to a support ticket. Thanks
