Patrizio Hi, I am migrating my website "www.associazioneirene.it" to Joomla 4.2.3 I am testing the migration on a test site "www.associazioneirene.it/test/ So I installed last Acymailing essential version 7.9.5 on the test site, bus I can't assign the license to the test site! It say "this website not assigned to any license" If I want to assign the license to "www.associazioneirene.it/test/ I should unassign the same from "www.associazioneirene.it/! I would be able to test my new acymailing version without suspending the old version in production website. It would be possible? How to do it? many thanks for your help Patrizio
mihha I am afraid that the only way to do this is to temporarily unlink the licence from the production site and assign it to the test site You can't link one licence to multiple installations
Patrizio Tanks, Mihha! I was hoping there was a way to specify that www.associazioneirene.it and www.associazioneirene.it/_test/ are the same site... I will suspend the production site during the test. I don't like it, but if there's no other way ...
mihha Well, the license key is linked to the installation and when you have two sites, you have two installations. Hence, you need to have two license keys if you want to have them activated at the same time
