Empty Line in Outlook eMail-list

Hi,
I was wondering how to get rid of the "empty line" in the email list in Outlook - see screenshot:

I thought this is related to the <title> tag in the eMail code, so I added some text there. But after saving the template in Acymail, I recognized that the title tage is empty again:

Why does the title tag get emptied with saving?
How can I fill this empty line in Outlook mailing list?
