I have created a frontend site for subscription and campaign management. The user I set everything up with can see all of the functionality, (Emails, Lists, Subscribers and Archive). A second user can see all except Emails; that user gets a message "You don't have any campaigns". This user can see Emails in the backend.
Both users are members of a group "Email Management" which are members of the "Email Management Team". All menu items have "Email Management" set as the access level.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions. I've read lots of posts on here that relate to this, but none that address this specific issue.
Update: I just noticed, the second user can only see any menu items if they are a Joomla super user.
