Could someone please tell me how to set the URL after a user has clicked Unsubscribe to All, please? It currently goes to the login page on my website. I would just like to have a "sorry to see you go" page.

"...It currently goes to the login page on my website.." = that because you are a Guest (not logged in user)
Please, Where do you redirect if you are logged in user ?

"...where a redirection would be created directly in the code..." = Please, Which file can we take a look at ?

This being 2022, I think a custom redirect page after unsubscribe should move to the top of the feature request list, marked "priority".

    Acy 7.9.8; Joomla 4.2.6; PHP 7.4.30.
We have registered users and unregistered users who have subscribed to the newsletter. Unsubscribing emails always refer to the component seen on the home page but anonymously. I want the AcyMailing component for unsubscribing to be shown in a page with the site header, I searched the forum and in the documentation, but the only way to do this is to choose "Show site header" and I had to insert a section with the "component" at the top of the home page template, where it wasn't expected or necessary.
It's not a nice thing to see that message/form that moves down the slideshow and other following blocks in the home.
The possibility of a redirect page would be greatly appreciated. I hope this request will be considered in future development.

      Hi,

Enabling"Show site header" for the unsubscribe page should lead to a page showing you the component in your template displaying the unsubscribe page only. You should not end up on your homepage.

If you have a valid subscription, please raise a support ticket (https://www.acymailing.com/support/) so we can further assist you.

jvstratum This still doesn't take you to a page where you can include your own message, it just puts another step in the unsubscribe process. In mailchimp, elastic mail, sendgrid and every other mailing system I can think of, the user sees a page that confirms they have successfully unsubscribed. Doing it through a template override, as suggested in this discussion is unacceptable.

I do have a valid subscription.

        Hi,

In the upcoming release you can set a redirect url after unsubscribe.

Sorry to be a pain, do you have any idea of the timescales for this feature?

          Regards

          Hi,

I'm note sure because of the holliday season, but I guess next week.

In the upcoming release you can set a redirect url after unsubscribe.

At least in the Wordpress version, this can already be set. But redirection only happens after going through the unsubscribe page. I would just like to let users unsubscribe with a single click and have them be sent to a confirmation page, nothing else. Is this possible?

            Hi,

You canachieve this by disabling the parameter Redirect to an unsubscribe page after the user clicks on an unsubscribe link. You'll find it in Acymailing->Configuration->Subscription in the section Advanced settings.
