Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

AL the mails I send to subscribers with email address like xxx@free.fr are returned to me with the message : "Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender"
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

xxx@free.fr

SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 spam detected

It is OK for all other providers, but when I send to free.fr, I am considered as a spammer. My CRON is configured with 30 emails each 30 minutes. All the email addresses have been verified and are OK.

What can I do to avoid this problem ?

Hi,

This can have many reasons, including tighter settings of the spam filter this domain is using.

A good place to start investigating what is going on is to run a spam test before you send out your mail. If you have the Enterprise verrsion you can do this from within Acymailing on the Tests tab of your send process.
