When I send a link eg in FB, from my website that goes to a newsletter that appears via the newsletter history list the rendering of this newsletter isn’t responsive on Joomla BUT if I do exactly the same thing in WordPress it is?? To be clear, when the Joomla Acymailing first sent the newsletter it was perfectly responsive. Also if I send a link to the newsletter using the “view online” option it is also responsive, just not when selected from the historical newsletter menu. Anyone else encountered this inconsistency? I just can’t for the life of me understand what is affecting It’s responsiveness.
The only reason to send the link from the history is that it then deals properly with the “personalisation properties” properly. The other links have a personalisation (first name/last name) that I’d rather leave out.
