On a Joomla 3.9.25 site, most of the emailings are not received.

The spam test is OK (Safe content / All links check / Spam score >80%),
The test email in the Joomla configuration works.
Tested with phpmail, Sendmail, and SMTP.
There are DKIM and SPF on the domain.
ModSecurity disabled in the hosting Cpanel .
But when we send a test in Acymailing, in the last step before starting the emailing to all the registered emails, some of them arrive, some don't.

Posted there 6 days ago. No answer.
But this page (https://www.acymailing.com/contact ) says : " This contact form is for sales / general questions only.
There won't be any technical support provided using this one. " And it concerns Acymailing Essential, with an expired licence ...

We can't help you if you have an old version of AcyMailing. You would need to upgrade it to the latest version anyway before we start to debug something. There is no point in debugging something that could have potentially being fixed in the newer versions
