Custom Field: Once checked, can't be saved unchecked

I'm using a custom field checkbox to create a segment and am encountering a bug.
When I edit a subscriber where the checkbox is not checked and save it, it stays checked as it should.
However, when I uncheck and save it, it returns to the checked state.

Just discovered another clue: This only happens when the custom field only has one checkbox option. If I add a second one, I can uncheck the first one. Seems to indicate that if you check a checkbox, at least one has to stay checked.

This happens when you set a default value for your field. Remove it and you chould be fine with only one checkbox entry.
