Dashboard not reachable after installation

Hi there,

I am using the AcyMailing 7.9.6 and installed it under Joomla 4.2.5 - almost all menus are reachable but when I click on "Dashbord" I get this error message:

"Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /www/htdocs/w00e95a6/web/libraries/src/Log/LogEntry.php on line 125

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /www/htdocs/w00e95a6/web/libraries/vendor/symfony/error-handler/Exception/FlattenException.php on line 1"

So I kindly ask for help how to solve this issue - many thanks in advance.

If you take a closer look, the issue appears in Joomla core files and not in AcyMailing files

As far as I can see, logging, which you turned on in Joomla is producing that error, so you might want to check that

If that doesn't provide positive results, try to ask on the official Joomla forum
