Problem with CRON

Hello,
we sent a support email on the morning of 11/28/22.
Because after the update of Acymail version 7.9.7 we had problems with sending test mails of the newsletter and with automatic sending with CRON.
Reinstalling Acymail version 7.9.5 the automatic queue sending with CRON does not work. We received no response and no assistance whatsoever. I can't find a ticket service can you help us. Thank you
