Unable to activate cron task

Hello,
I have a problem on Joomla 4 site and Acymailing 7.9.7 i manage. I updated this site from Joomla 3.x.
I have an Essential licence and i can activate the cron tast in configuration.
When i click on the button, it loading the page a long time and i have a 500 error.

Thanks for help, because i cant send the newsletters for my client...
