is it possible to set condition to automatic campaign to send it only once to each user?
Automatic campaing creates "new instance" on each run (Automatic Campaign Email #1, Automatic Campaign Email #2 etc.)
I tried to use rule "Statistics" - Not send - "Automatic Campaign Email" but i am afraid it doesn't work for we. It works for specific instance "Automatic Campaign Email #2" but not for any (it would not be very convenient to modify segment each week manually.
What i want to achieve: I need to sent questionnaire to each customer who suits specific conditions.
For example reaches specific number of orders. And i want to send that only once for each customer and never again. I run campaign each week, checking for number of orders of customers (i have it in custom field).
Obviously there is possibility, that same customer will have same number of orders several weeks (or forever if he doesnt order again) so he suits rules on each run and gets same email each week.
Any advice please?
