Sure Acymailing can do that. The question however should be how many mails you want to send within a given timeframe.
In Acymailin V5 you can use a multiple queue system (explained here: https://www.acyba.com/acymailing/293-multiple-queue-system.html) to speed up your mail delivery. Note: this has not been added to V6 yet.
So, if you have enough server resources you can do quite a lot with Acymailing. I'm not aware of a maximum throughput you can achieve, maybe @Alexandre has more info on this.
